All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.

Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed on the next business day.

We currently ship exclusively within the European Union. Orders placed with delivery addresses outside the EU cannot be fulfilled and will be cancelled.

Poland: Delivery typically takes 2–5 business days from the date of dispatch.

Other EU countries: Delivery usually takes 5–6 business days, depending on the destination.

If a parcel is returned to us due to an incorrect address, non-collection, or refusal of delivery, the cost of reshipping will be charged to the customer.

Parcels sent to parcel lockers or marked cash on delivery will not be accepted.
