returns & exchanges

We hope you love your purchase, but if you are not fully satisfied, you have the right to return or exchange your order within 14 calendar days of receiving it.

general conditions

Items must be unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging.
Any items showing signs of wear, washing, alteration, or damage will not be accepted. Returns or exchanges submitted after 14 days will not be processed.

returns (self-service via your account)

→ Log in to your Shopify account.

→ Go to Order History and select the items you wish to return.

→ Follow the instructions to generate a return label.

→ Pack the items securely to avoid damage during transport.

→ Send your parcel to:

exchanges (via downloadable form)

→ Complete the [EXCHANGE FORM] form with your desired product(s), size or color. You need to fill out the form in your browser and download it.

→ Pack it up. Place the items in the original packaging or a sturdy box. Ensure all products still have their original tags.

→ Email the completed form and your invoice to contact@ambreye.com

→ Send your parcel to:

Within 3 business days of receiving your return, we’ll send out the product in your chosen size or color.

return & exchange costs

The cost of returning or exchanging products is the responsibility of the customer.
In case of an exchange, AMBREYE covers the cost of resending the exchanged product once.

Original shipping costs are non-refundable:

15 PLN (approx. €3.50) for deliveries within Poland
50 PLN (approx. €11) for other EU countries
