We carefully gold-plate each product before shipping. If within three years of purchase the item is damaged, or defective, you can submit a replating form using our [COMPLAINT FORM].
how to submit for replating
To help us process your replating efficiently, please have the following ready:
Your order number
A description of the issue
Proof of purchase (e.g., invoice, order confirmation)
The product you are filing a complaint about
steps to submit your form
→ Complete the [COMPLAINT FORM] so we know exactly what happened. You need to fill out the form in your browser and download it.
→ Pack it up. Use the original Ambreye packaging if possible. If not, any sturdy and secure packaging will do — the most important thing is that your item travels safely back to us.
→ Email contact@ambreye.com with the completed form, your invoice and a few photos showing the issue.
→ Return the package to:

Forms are reviewed within 14 days of receiving the product.
If your complaint is approved, you may choose one of the following:
Replating of the defective product (if possible)
Replacement with a new product
important notes
Replating will not be accepted if the defect is caused:
After 3 years of purchase
Any physical damage caused outside of wearing jewelry
If a complaint is rejected, the product will be returned to you at your expense.
